New to our Rental Program - Nice Catch! A spacious vacation home located near the southernmost tip of Topsail Island with wonderful views of the ocean and waterway. The top floor features several windows to showcase the spectacular water views from the open living area. The fully equipped kitchen provides both a breakfast bar and a dining table. From the large sundeck, enjoy the ocean views or relax on the screen porch on the side deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze while viewing the boats go by on the waterway. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private shower bath, and access to the covered ocean view deck along with another queen bedroom. There is a hall bath with tub/shower, a third queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Outside, you'll find a shaded area with a portion of the yard fenced in for pets, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit that’s perfect for sunset relaxation. An indoor ping pong table in the garage adds extra fun.
