Blue Waters is just what you will see, from the deck on the ocean side or the deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Topsail Sound. The top floor consists of the living, dining area, an open kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The first floor has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (double and twin beds), a bedroom with a queen bed and a master suite with a king bed and private shower bath. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two open sundecks with deck furniture including table and chairs with lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. There are covered decks on the first floor to enjoy ocean breezes out of the sun. Public beach access is close by on Smith Ave. or Access #16 on Ocean Blvd. A sound side access is close by and perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding. *Ask for details regarding the Sports Closet (kayaks, bikes, umbrellas, beach equipment, wagon, etc. for an additional fee of $200 plus tax) 4 BR, 3 Baths / Occupancy Limit: 11 - 1 K, 2 Q, 1 Pyramid Bunkbed (1D & 1T), 1 QSS.
