This iconic oceanfront home is truly unique with multiple living areas, game room, two kitchens, sun deck, rooftop deck, and more! The original home included two living areas on the main floor and a doctor s office on the ground level with a large workshop. The main level has an oceanfront sunroom, the living/dining area with ocean views, a full kitchen, a large family room with small kitchen and shuffleboard table. There are two oceanfront king bedrooms and a pyramid bunk bedroom with twin over double and twin trundle on the main level. Take the spiral staircase down to the ground level, to find a cozy tv room, the former 'waiting room' along with the large game room w/pool table, ping pong table, and bar area. There is another king bedroom with private sink area, a shower bath around the corner, a queen bedroom, and another pyramid bunk bedroom with twin over double bed on the lower level. Enjoy ocean views from the sun deck, dining under the pergola, or panoramic views from the roof top deck. Wonderful Vacation!

We have vacationed on Topsail Island for many years and this is our absolute favorite place to stay! We love the large deck on the ocean side of the home and the rooftop deck. This home fits our family perfectly and everyone really enjoys the game room along with the extra living areas in the home to relax and enjoy family. We will be back next year!
