Pyrates Cove, accessible by a separate entrance on the ground floor has a spacious living area with a pullout sofa and large futon for additional sleeping, a kitchenette, dining area and a shower bath. Also on the ground level, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, the laundry room and storage area.
