There is a screened deck area located off the living room to enjoy the ocean breezes and an open sun deck with views of the sound. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king bed with a private shower bath and sliding glass door to a large covered deck. The other 2 bedrooms also have doors to a covered deck. The hall bath has a tub shower and the laundry is located on this level too. There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, easy access to the beach right across the street, as well as deeded access to the sound located across the community street.
