Lovely beach house with ocean sound views nestled in a community with nearby beach access and a pool within view of the home. Enjoy ocean breezes and wonderful views from the many decks of this beautiful home. From the ground level you can take the elevator to the top floor. The middle floor has the open living, dining, and kitchen area - perfect for family gatherings. The first floor has three of the four bedrooms with a queen master bedroom with private bath. The other bedrooms include a double bed and one with a pyramid bunkbed. The second master is on the top floor including a private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. There is a trundle bed on this level as well for extra sleeping in needed. Enjoy many of the amenities the community provides with a pool, and beach access nearby. 4 BR, 3 1/2 Baths / Occupancy Limit: 11 - 2Q, 1D, 2T, 1PBB (1D, 1T). LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. PETS ALLOWED, w/$165.00 fee for one, $303 for two. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. *Golf Cart rentals are not allowed in this community. ** Keyless Entry
