This popular home is located in the quaint downtown area on the sound end of the island in Topsail Beach and close to shops, restaurants and more. There is an open living room and dining area on the main level with lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. There is a large dining table, and it has a fully equipped kitchen. On the main level, there are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the ground level, is a family room with a sleeper sofa for an extra sleeping area. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with another bathroom. Enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes while relaxing on the large dune deck with your own private beach access. Open outside shower by the deck and a grilling area on the ground level.
