Enjoy a lovely Sea Breeze from the sun deck or the covered deck. The top floor has a large living, dining and kitchen area. There are 2 tables for dining or playing games. Also, on the top floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. On the first floor, a second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hall bath; the master bedroom has a queen bed, a large private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The fourth bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed (double bed & twin on the top) and a futon (double bed). On the ground floor, a large room with a desk, wireless internet access, and one car garage has a tiki bar and games (the other is for owner storage), and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Located in a community with an oceanside pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse on the oceanfront for easy beach access. 4 BR, 3 Baths/Sleeps 11: 3 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunkbed (1 D & 1 T), 1 Futon NO LINENS PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. (Rental linens include sheets and bath towels for each bed, a bath mat for each bath, and a kitchen towel set), NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Community Pool Combination code will be provided at check-in.
