RENTAL DETAILS

A unique two bedroom, two bath home with panoramic ocean & beach views! The living room has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the wonderful views! The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for four and two stools at the bar for a casual breakfast. There is a wraparound deck on the oceanside of the home with a table and chairs. Off the deck, leading to the beach, is a dune deck with a bench seat and an enclosed outside shower. The house is equipped with high speed wireless internet, a CD-player, VCR/DVD, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds has a private tub/shower bath. *Sleeps 4: 1 Q, 2 T LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED . (Rental linens include sheets and a set of towels for each bed, a bath mat for each bath, and a kitchen towel set) NO SMOKING ALLOWED. PETS ALLOWED w/$100 Fee for first pet.
