Enjoy amazing panoramic views of the ocean, inlet, salt marshes and a large pond with a shared dock. There is a private pool and the beach access is close-by at the north end of the island. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms on the first level with one master bedroom and bath. There is a hall bath with tub/shower on this level. On the top floor is the large master suite with a soaking tub and separate shower in the private bath. The living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the middle level with amazing water views and open to a large sundeck. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower and covered parking. This home shares a connecting bridge and the dock on the pond. 4 BR, 3.5 Bath/ Sleeps 10: 1K, 1Q, 1D, 2T, 1QSS. LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. (Rental linens include sheets for each bed listed, a set of towels for each person, a bath mat for each full bath, and a set of kitchen towels.) PETS ALLOWED w/$100 non-refundable fee for 1st dog.
