The well-equipped kitchen has a bar area for additional dining. Family Tides offers two master bedrooms. The first is on the top level, furnished with a queen bed, private bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. The second master bedroom, on the first floor, has a queen bed, private shower bath, and sliding glass doors to a covered balcony. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (2 Double beds & 1 Twin bed). The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower and the laundry closet is located on this level. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level, a large foyer on the ground level and parking area underneath the home. Located next to the Surf City Line Restaurant and Bar. Community pool available Memorial Day to Labor Day 4 BR, 3.5 Bath / Occupancy Limit: 11 - 2Q, 1 PB w/ trundle bed (1T, 2D), 2 T LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.
